This sectioning machine is designed for creating medium-sized sections from ceramic, automotive, and composite materials. The pulse feed rate is automatic and features load control, which optimizes the cutting time. The LECO MSX250 comes with a 10 to 12 inch blade capacity and a 5.4-HP motor. Precision section and a long life are made possible with the advanced spindle design. The machine is durable in harsh production environments thanks to its welded steel construction. A channeled coolant drainage system helps to prevent debris build-up and provides high flow rates. To keep sample fixturing fast and flexible, a large T-slotted table is included. A Y-table is integrated and allows for convenient parallel sectioning.
